Shipping Information
All packages are shipped Priority Mail with full insurance via United States Postal Service. If an order is heavy or bulky due to multiple items, more than one package will be sent. An email will inform you of how many are to be received.
The necessary custom documents are properly filled out to avoid any delays of you receiving your package in a timely manner.
Please give as much information as possible in your shipping address. The more information you give, the better the military mail service can ensure your package arrives directly to you. We are able to track your package if it does not arrive within four weeks.
Shipping Time
We do our best to ship your groceries within three business days of receiving your order. Occasionally, stock outs or weather issues here in Maine may delay shipment by a day or two. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
Depending on where you are stationed, your packaged should arrive in one to three weeks. We have no control of delays due to custom inspections.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are quoted based on calculated combined weights of the items in your shopping cart, plus estimation of packing materials. Your shipping rate will not show until you log in, give a valid shipping address and start the checkout process with the items you have in your shopping cart.
Your actual shipping charge will be given. If the weight is more than calculated by our system, then we are responsible for the difference. We will not charge you more for our mistake.
January 2013 - Postal rate increase of 6.3% too affect. Our new shipping rates reflect this increase. Even with this increase, our rates for shipping are still amoung the lowest!

AE – Up to 10 lbs = $15.65, 15 lbs = $18.90, 30 lbs = $27.00, 45 lbs = $33.50, 50 lbs = $40.00
AP* – Up to 10 lbs = $36.70, 15 lbs = $43.20, 30 lbs = $62.60, 45 lbs = $86.40, 50 lbs = $95.00
AA – Up to 10 lbs = $24.00, 15 lbs = $33.00, 30 lbs = $48.00, 45 lbs = $55.00, 50 lbs = $80.00
DPO - Up to 5 lbs = $14, 10 lbs = $20, 25 lbs = $29, 40 lbs = $34, 50 lbs = $38
*Postal charges to AP addresses are expensive. If at all possible, we will use flat rate boxes and refund some of your shipping cost.
Product and Package Returns
Due to the concerns and possible health dangers regarding food product tampering, we are unable to accept returned items. Please order carefully.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you for address correction. You will be billed for the actual reshipment postal charge.
If you do not want us to reship - we will refund the invoice amount less postage and a 35% restocking charge of the items returned.
