Shipping Information

Save 30% on shipping when you order $100 in products. We will adjust the order amount and refund you the shipping amount (30% of the total) when we ship your order. If you indicate no substitutions, be sure you stay over the $100 value should we have to out a product not in stock! This offer good for USA and APO/FPO/DPO addresses only!

All packages are shipped Priority Mail with full insurance via United States Postal Service. If an order is heavy or bulky due to multiple items, more than one package will be sent. An email will inform you of how many are to be received.

The necessary custom documents are properly filled out to avoid any delays of you receiving your package in a timely manner.

Please give as much information as possible in your shipping address. The more information you give, the better the military mail service can ensure your package arrives directly to you. We are able to track your package if it does not arrive within four weeks.

Shipping Time

We do our best to ship your groceries within three to five business days of receiving your order. Occasionally, stock outs or weather issues here in Maine may delay shipment by a day or two. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Depending on where you are located, your packaged should arrive in one to three weeks. We have no control of delays due to custom inspections for shipments that require customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are quoted based on calculated combined weights of the items in your shopping cart, plus estimation of packing materials. Your shipping rate will not show until you log in, give a valid shipping address and start the checkout process with the items you have in your shopping cart.

Your actual shipping charge will be given. Note that all APO/FPO/DPO shipments leave from Chicago, so the postage price quoted represents the cost from our warehouse in Maine to Chicago.

Product and Package Returns

Due to the concerns and possible health dangers regarding food product tampering, we are unable to accept returned items. Please order carefully.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, issue with an item that was ordered that will not clear your local customs or zip code restrictions, we will attempt to contact you for address correction. You will be billed for the actual reshipment postal charge.

If you do not want us to reship - we will refund the invoice amount less postage and a 50% restocking charge of the items returned.

** Shipping Discounts - note that the 30% off shipping qualification could be impacted if you select no substitutions and an out of stock causes your order to drop below the $100 threshold to receive the 30% shipping discount. If you allow substitutions, we will substitute if need be to ensure your order stays above the $100 minimum for the shipping discount.
